A tool I really love for managing anxiety is this 11-minute meditation led by Tara Brach. It helps me visualize my future self and unlock the wisdom she holds—the wisdom that already lives inside me.
Another tool I can't recommend enough is Kristen Neff's website and its self-compassion exercises. You can also test your levels of self-compassion and use it to track your progress in becoming more compassionate toward yourself.
